HB 746 -- Misrepresentation of Age by a Minor to Obtain Liquor

This bill creates a civil cause of action against any person
under the age of 21 who misrepresents his or her age to obtain
alcohol.  The owner of any establishment with a license to sell
alcohol can sue any minor who attempts to obtain alcohol through
misrepresentation of age while on the owner's premises.  If the
owner prevails, the court must award damages in the amount of
$1,000, reasonable costs, and attorney fees.
