HB 773 -- Post Arrest Releases

This bill requires persons arrested for the manufacture or
distribution of drugs to appear before a judge prior to being
released on bond.  In the bond hearing, evidence that the person
has a pattern of illegal use of a controlled substance creates a
rebuttable presumption that no conditions of release on bond will
assure the safety of the community.
