HB 808 -- Missouri Housing Development Commission

This bill prohibits the Missouri Housing Development Commission
from awarding grants or loans to the City of Kansas City until
the city's governing body implements oversight procedures to
review expenditures and development plans for all housing
contracts in excess of $75,000.
