HB 83 -- Adult Entertainment Films in Motor Vehicles

This bill creates the crime of displaying an adult entertainment
film in a motor vehicle, a class C misdemeanor.  The crime is
committed when a person operating a motor vehicle allows the
displaying of an adult entertainment film within the vehicle in a
manner which enables a child to view any part of the film.
