HB 848 -- Sovereign Immunity

This bill adds not-for-profit organizations providing ambulance
services under the authority of a municipality to the definition
of "public entity" for the purposes of laws regarding sovereign
immunity and specifies that the organization is entitled to
sovereign or governmental tort immunity.
