HB 865 -- Students Called to Active Military Duty

This bill requires any public or private college or university in
Missouri to grant a student who is called to active military duty
and required to leave school during the academic term a "withdraw
passing" or equivalent grade in each class in which they are
enrolled.  The school must also refund any tuition and fees paid.
