HB 881 -- State Board of Mediation

This bill authorizes the Labor and Industrial Relations
Commission to perform all duties and responsibilities conferred
or imposed on the State Board of Mediation.

The chairperson of the commission will also serve as the
chairperson of the State Board of Mediation with the Governor
appointing four additional members.  The board chairperson will
receive no additional compensation; however, the four appointed
members will be compensated for their actual expenses and may
receive up to $50 per day for carrying out the duties of the
board.
