HB 938 -- Crime Victims

This bill allows victims of sexual offenses to have their name
redacted from court records in the criminal case in which they
are a victim prior to those records being released to any person.
The name of the victim may be provided only to law enforcement,
prosecuting attorneys, and the defendant's attorneys.
