HB 93 -- Public Officers and Employees

Currently, certain employees of public bodies have the right to
form labor organizations and may not be discharged or
discriminated against because of their participation or
nonparticipation in the formation or the actions of labor
organizations.  This bill removes the prohibition of police,
deputy sheriffs, and the State Highway Patrol from the public
employees not entitled to these rights and protections.
