HB 947 -- Motorized Bicycles

This bill makes statutory provisions in the Model Traffic
Ordinance consistent with other statutory provisions relating to
motorized bicycles and clarifies that no person can operate a
motorized bicycle on any highway or street in this state unless
the person has a valid driver's license.
