HB 953 -- School District Annexations

Sponsor:  Witte

Currently, a school district can petition to be attached to an
adjacent district upon petition of at least 10% of the district
voters voting in the last school board election or by a majority
of district voters, whichever is less.  This bill adds a minimum
of 50 voters for either alternative.
