HB 230 -- SENIOR CITIZEN PROPERTY TAX RELIEF (Portwood)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Senior Citizen Advocacy

This bill prohibits an individual from claiming both the circuit
breaker income tax credit and the homestead property tax
exemption credit.

FISCAL NOTE:  Estimated Income on General Revenue Fund of $0 in
FY 2006, $570,000 in FY 2007, and Unknown less than $570,000 in
FY 2008.  No impact on Other State Funds in FY 2006, FY 2007, and
FY 2008.
