HCS HB 631 -- CONVEYANCE IN ST. LOUIS COUNTY (Portwood)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Corrections and Public Institutions

This substitute authorizes the Governor to convey state property
located in the City of Manchester, St. Louis County, to the
Manchester United Methodist Church.

The substitute contains an emergency clause.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2006, FY 2007, and
FY 2008.
