AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.302, to read as follows:

            227.302. The portion of state route V in Newton County from U.S. Highway 71 to U.S. Highway 59 shall be designated the "Carver Prairie Drive". Costs for such designation shall be paid by the city of Diamond.
