AN ACT

To amend chapter 252, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to fees for hunting and fishing licenses and permits.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.055, to read as follows:

            252.055. Notwithstanding any other law or administrative rule to the contrary, active-duty military personnel and Missouri National Guard or reserve personnel who are residents of Missouri shall not be required to pay a fee to obtain a hunting or fishing license or permit in the state of Missouri.
