AN ACT

To amend chapter 215, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the housing development commission.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 215, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 215.246, to read as follows:

            215.246. The commission shall not award grants or loans to any home rule city with more than four hundred thousand inhabitants and located in more than one county unless the governing body of such city has implemented oversight procedures to review expenditures and development plans for all housing contracts in excess of seventy-five thousand dollars.
