AN ACT

To amend chapter 195, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to prescription drugs obtained outside the United States.





Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 195, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 195.001, to read as follows:

            195.001. The state of Missouri and Missouri residents are not prohibited or precluded from participating in any current or future state program, service, policy, or practice permitting prescription drugs to be obtained from Canada, including but not limited to the I-SaveRx program.
