HCS HB 3 -- PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET (Pratt) Committee of Origin: Judiciary This substitute prohibits any person from knowingly posting the name, home address, Social Security number, or telephone number of any person on the Internet with the intent of causing great bodily harm or death or threatening to cause great bodily harm or death to the person. Any person who violates this provision is guilty of a class C misdemeanor. The substitute contains an emergency clause.
