HCS HB 3 -- PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET

This bill prohibits any person from knowingly posting the name,
home address, Social Security number, or telephone number of any
person on the Internet with the intent of causing great bodily
harm or death or threatening to cause great bodily harm or death
to the person.  Any person who violates this provision is guilty
of a class C misdemeanor.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
