SB 640 - This act allows the court to order, in addition to other penalties, a convicted person to reimburse law enforcement for reasonable costs associated with arrests involving violations of county or municipal ordinances relating to prostitution, including the cost of blood testing. This act also changes the definition in Section 567.010, RSMo, of "prostitution-related offense" to include any violation of state law or county or municipal ordinance related to prostitution, patronizing prostitution, or promoting prostitution.
