HB 1050 -- Intermediate Driver's Licenses

This bill prohibits any person younger than 16 years of age who
has been found guilty of purchasing, attempting to purchase, or
possessing intoxicating liquor from receiving an intermediate
driver's license until he or she reaches the age of 18.

The juvenile court is required to forward to the Director of the
Department of Revenue the order stating that an individual is not
eligible to obtain a license until he or she reaches the age of
18.
