HB 1051 -- Women's Health Services Program

This bill requires the Department of Health and Senior Services
to implement a Missouri women's health services program, with the
goal of reducing the number of unintended pregnancies.  The
service program will include, but is not limited to:

(1)  Breast and cervical cancer checks;

(2)  Screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases;

(3)  Counseling and education on the dangers of smoking, alcohol,
and drug use during a pregnancy; and

(4)  Education on sexual coercion and violence in relationships.
