HB 1054 -- Concealed Carry Endorsements

This bill limits the validity of a concealed carry permit from
another state to 30 days.  If a person with a permit issued by
another state fails to apply for a Missouri concealed carry
permit within 30 days of entering Missouri, the permit from the
other state will become invalid.
