HB 1064 -- Sex Offenders

This bill requires that when there has been a guilty plea or
verdict in any offense involving the offender having sexual
intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with a person younger
than 17 years of age the offender must be electronically
monitored while on probation or parole.
