HB 1069 -- Telecommunications

This bill allows the Missouri Public Service Commission to order
an incumbent local exchange telecommunications company to
implement or change an optional or mandatory toll-free calling
plan outside a local calling scope.  The order may be initiated
by the commission's own motion or in response to an application
filed on behalf of at least 15% of the local exchange
telecommunications subscribers or a governing body of a
municipality or school district within the requesting exchange.
