HB 1108 -- Sex Offenses

This bill requires that a person who pleads guilty or is found
guilty of an offense involving sexual conduct with a child in his
or her care, sexual intercourse, or deviate sexual intercourse
and the victim is younger than 12 years of age must serve a
minimum of three years in prison before receiving a suspended
imposition of sentence, a suspended execution of sentence, or
being placed on probation or parole.
