HB 1109 -- Juvenile Officer Retirement

This bill allows juvenile officers in single county circuits to
receive creditable prior service in the Missouri State Employees'
Retirement System (MOSERS) for service as a juvenile court
employee prior to July 1, 1999, if the service is not credited in
a county retirement plan.
