HB 1123 -- Workers' Compensation Benefits

This bill requires that certain diseases resulting from exposure
to certain occupational hazards be recognized as an occupational
disease.  This provision applies to firefighters and police
officers.  Firefighters and police officers, at the expense of
the employer, are to undergo heart and lung examinations.
