HB 1156 -- Deduction for Health Insurance Premiums and Medical
Expenses

This bill allows an income tax deduction for health insurance
premiums and out-of-pocket medical costs for the taxpayer and the
taxpayer's spouse and dependents to the extent not already
deducted on the taxpayer's Missouri or federal income tax returns
for the taxable year.
