HB 1203 -- Property Damage

This bill expands the crime of property damage in the first
degree to include knowingly damaging another person's motor
vehicle while making entry into the vehicle for the purpose of
stealing the vehicle or something within the vehicle.  The first
offense will be a class C felony, and any subsequent offense will
be a class B felony.
