HB 1232 -- Transportation of Dead Bodies

This bill requires a hospital, nursing home, or other health care
facility to notify in writing the coroner, funeral home
personnel, or any person responsible for transporting the dead
when an individual dies of a disease that is contagious,
infectious, or communicable.

Any person who violates this provision will be guilty of an
infraction.
