HB 1303 -- Failure to Yield the Right-of-Way

This bill imposes an additional fine and a driver's license
suspension for failing to yield the right-of-way when the
violation results in physical injury, serious physical injury, or
death to a person.  The additional fines will be deposited into
the Motorcycle Safety Trust Fund.
