Summary of the Introduced Bill

HB 1319 -- Driver's License Revocations

Sponsor:  Lipke

This bill specifies that a driver's license may be revoked for a
period of five years if a person has been convicted twice of
driving with excessive blood-alcohol content or has been
convicted of driving with excessive blood-alcohol content and
driving while intoxicated within a five-year period.
