HB 1321 -- Criminal Background Checks on State Employees

Sponsor:  Lipke

This bill authorizes state agencies to conduct criminal
background checks on certain applicants and employees.  The
applicant or employee must submit a set of fingerprints to the
State Highway Patrol for investigation purposes.  All records
related to the criminal history of the applicant or employee will
be made available to the requesting state agency.
