HB 1342 -- Regional Taxicab Commission

Currently, four of the eight members of the regional taxicab
commission must be representatives of the taxicab industry, and
the chairperson may be a taxicab industry representative.  This
bill prohibits representatives of the taxicab industry, their
spouses, or anyone with a financial interest in the industry from
serving on the commission.  An advisory committee, comprised of
five taxicab industry representatives, is established.
