HB 1359 -- Income Tax Deduction for Long-Term Care Insurance
Premiums

This bill increases the income tax deduction from 50% to 100% for
non-reimbursed, long-term care insurance premiums for taxable
years beginning after January 1, 2006, if the amounts are not
included in the taxpayer's itemized deductions.
