HB 1387 -- Missouri Gaming Commission

This bill allows the Missouri Gaming Commission to request that
the State Highway Patrol investigate or participate in any
matters it deems necessary.

In addition, the bill authorizes the patrol to investigate any
suspected violations of criminal law by the commission and allows
the Attorney General to commence its own prosecution when any
prosecution related to violations by the commission is not
commenced within 30 days of a report being filed.
