HB 1410 -- Motor Fuel Tax Exemption for Schools

This bill exempts fuel used in school buses from the motor fuel
tax when the bus is driven to transport students for educational
purposes.  The exemption will not apply to districts with private
bus contractors unless the contractor reimburses the district for
the amount of the exemption or the contract price reflects the
exemption.
