HB 1416 -- Ethanol-Blended Fuel

Sponsor:  Munzlinger

This bill requires, by January 1, 2007, that all gasoline sold in
Missouri contain at least 10% agriculturally derived, denatured
ethanol by volume, unless exempt by the federal Environmental
Protection Agency or by a rule promulgated by the Director of the
Department of Agriculture.  The provisions of the bill do not
apply to gasoline sold for use in boats, vehicles at least 25
years old, or aircraft.
