HB 1431 -- Road District Commissioners

Sponsor:  Kelly

Currently, road district commissioners are not compensated for
their services but are reimbursed for expenses incurred in
transacting district business.  This bill authorizes
commissioners to establish a rate of compensation not to exceed
$100 per month which will take effect after the voting
commissioners' terms have expired.
