HB 1437 -- Poison Control

This bill abolishes the Advisory Committee on Poison Control and
transfers their powers and certain duties to the Department of
Health and Senior Services.  The department in conjunction with
local health agencies and health care providers will determine
the region to be served by the Missouri Regional Poison
Information Center.

The requirement that an annual report be submitted to the
presiding officers of the General Assembly and the department is
removed.
