HB 1459 -- Hunting Permits

This bill specifies that any Missouri resident who completes
basic training in any branch of the Armed Forces of the United
States or the National Guard may present military identification
or a DD Form 214 Report of Separation instead of a hunter
education certificate when obtaining a hunting permit.
