HB 1476 -- Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Sponsor:  Moore

Currently, moneys in the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and
Hard of Hearing Fund may revert to the General Revenue Fund under
certain conditions.  This bill deletes the conditions, so that
the moneys remain in the commission's fund.
