HB 1483 -- Child Support Enforcement

This bill allows the Family Support Division within the
Department of Social Services or other state IV-D agencies to
request and receive cell phone and Internet service records when
attempting to locate and determine the financial resources of a
parent.  Any business, financial entity, or its employees who in
good faith provides information to a state IV-D agency are immune
from civil or criminal liability.
