HB 1516 -- Failure to Yield the Right-of-Way to an Emergency
Vehicle

This bill adds two traffic offenses to the list for which points
are assessed against a driver's license.  A person convicted of
failure to yield the right-of-way to an emergency vehicle will be
assessed four points and eight points for failure to yield the
right-of-way to an emergency vehicle by eluding the police.
