HB 1525 -- Elections

This bill adds new requirements for candidates seeking the office
of county treasurer.  Candidates must be at least 21 years old, a
citizen of the United States, a resident of Missouri and the
county where they are seeking office for one or more years prior
to the general election, a registered voter, and current in the
payment of personal and business taxes.  Treasurers must also
reside in the county during their term of office.
