HB 1544 -- Summer School Funding

This bill changes the definition of "weighted average daily
attendance" as it relates to the school funding formula by
counting the daily attendance for summer school at an additional
five-tens per pupil and repeals the penalty for decreasing
enrollment in summer school programs.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
