HB 1548 -- Telemarketing No-Call List

This bill allows residential and business cell phone numbers to
be added to the telemarketing No-Call List and changes the
definition of "telephone solicitation" to mean any voice,
telefacsimile, graphic image, or data communication, including
text messaging communications, for the purpose of encouraging the
purchase or rental of goods and services.
