HB 1559 -- Donation of Canned or Perishable Food

This bill adds grocery and convenience stores to the list of
donors that in good faith can donate any canned or perishable
food to a bona-fide charity or nonprofit organization for free
distribution without being subject to criminal penalty or civil
damages arising from the condition of the food, unless an injury
is caused by the gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional
misconduct of the donor.
