HB 1574 -- Income Tax Exemption

Sponsor:  Fisher

This bill exempts, beginning January 1, 2006, all income received
for military service by active-duty military personnel, including
members of the reserves on active duty and members of the
National Guard on full-time guard duty, from state income tax.

The provisions of the bill will expire six years from the
effective date.
